Session 2 – Out of Control?
Welcome to your Recovery Course session resources.
On this page you'll find everything you need to support your recovery between sessions. You can watch the session video again, download the Pause for Thought reflection, and access the Coursework for this week.
These resources are provided to help you get the most from The Recovery Course, but they are entirely optional. There is no expectation that you complete everything. Use the materials in whatever way best supports your recovery and personal growth.
You may find it helpful to revisit the session teaching, spend some time reflecting on the Pause for Thought questions, or work through the Coursework at your own pace. Some weeks you may choose to engage with all the resources, while at other times you may simply want to review part of the session. That's perfectly fine.
We encourage you to be honest with yourself, take things one step at a time, and remember that recovery is a journey, not a race.
We hope these resources help you continue reflecting on what you've learned and encourage you as you move forward.
